Brad is a Founder and Director of Stuart Brae Lawyers. He established the firm with a simple vision: to provide high-quality legal services that are practical, approachable, and centred on genuine client relationships. Brad believes that good legal advice should be clear, responsive, and focused on achieving meaningful outcomes for the people, families, and businesses he serves.
With experience across business and commercial law, employment law, litigation, estate planning, and probate administration, Brad advises clients on a broad range of legal matters. He works closely with individuals, families, business owners, and organisations, taking the time to understand their circumstances and deliver solutions tailored to their objectives.
Clients regularly seek Brad’s assistance with contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership issues, regulatory investigations, debt recovery, commercial transactions, and business succession planning. He also advises on wills, testamentary trusts, enduring powers of attorney, advance care directives, deceased estate administration, and probate applications. Brad regularly appears in both State and Federal jurisdictions, advocating for his clients with confidence and professionalism.
Brad understands that legal issues often arise during periods of uncertainty, stress, or significant change. He is committed to providing practical guidance, straightforward advice, and dependable support throughout the process. Known for his responsiveness and attention to detail, Brad takes pride in ensuring his clients remain informed, empowered, and confident in the decisions they make.
A firm believer that many disputes can be resolved through common sense, communication, and a balanced approach, Brad is equally prepared to advocate strongly when his clients’ interests require it. He is known for his knowledge, prompt advice, and positive attitude, and values the trust his clients place in him to guide them through important personal and business decisions.
Outside of the office, Brad is a devoted family man who enjoys lending a hand on the family farm, getting lost in a good book, and spending time with family and friends. He values community, connection, and the relationships that make regional South Australia such a special place to live and work. If you see him out and about, don’t hesitate to say hello.
Talk to Brad if you value sound legal knowledge, practical advice, and a lawyer who genuinely cares about helping you achieve the best possible outcome.
